I oversee all operations, set appointments to talk with and view properties with homeowners.
But don’t get intimidated by the fancy title, I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon in my mouth. In fact, my dad and my mom used to work as steel workers when I was a kid, so we were not that well off to begin with.
I still remember dad used to drive a 20-year-old Subaru sedan (cars used to last much longer!), and I still to this day remember what it was like riding in that car to school…whenever we got to the school, I would quickly get out from the car and run into the class, for fear that one of my friends would recognize me coming out of that beat-up car. I felt terribly insecure, because it made me feel like I wasn’t as good as the rich kids.
It was quite foolish and superficial, but my feelings at that moment were real. And maybe because of that, I worked really hard throughout my life so that I wouldn’t have to feel the same way again. But looking back, I owe much of my success in life to this drive and work ethic.
I became a real estate investor at 25 years old in 2011. I started like every investor starts – afraid, nervous, and without a clue what to do or what to expect. I learned as much as I could from books, trainings, seminars, and anybody I could find.
I even bought a rental property in Michigan, which was hundreds of miles away. Unfortunately, because of my lack of experience, the tenant trashed the house and I ended up having to sell it quickly. It was a humbling experience.
So I’ve been there. I know how hard it could be. The stress, the headaches, and the phone calls, on top of the full-time job (plus the bills!). But this is one of the reasons why I started this company, to help homeowners like you to sell your house and solve your problems so you can finally move on with your life.
Fast forward 7 years, after buying dozens and dozens of houses, I improved, got better, and figured out how to do this business the right way.
We now buy on average 1-3 houses a month in the New Castle County, Delaware area.
And I now frequently conduct real estate training and classes for real estate agents and investors here in Delaware who want to take their business to the next level.

But in a way I’m still the same person as I was a kid, working hard to help myself and now other people around me feel happy and secured again.
